  1. Return Eligibility

· You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
· The item must be in its original, unused, and unbrewed condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
· Tea sets must be undamaged, without any signs of wear, scratches, or breakage.

  1. Non-returnable Items
    Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

· Any tea that has been opened, brewed, or consumed.
· For hygiene reasons, any used tea ware.
· Any customized items that do not have a manufacturing defect.

  1. Return Process

· Please first contact us via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return address.
· In your email, please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
· We cannot process returns for packages sent back without prior authorization.

  1. Refunds

· Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
· If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.
· Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
