Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea with complex processing, the core of which is “zuo qing” (withering and shaking). Its fermentation level lies between green and black tea, often showing “green leaves with red edges.” The aroma is rich, intense, and long-lasting, with a mellow, sweet aftertaste and complex layers of flavor. This category includes Tieguanyin, Dahongpao, Fenghuang Dancong, Dongding Oolong, etc.
